7800 Double Acting Air Impact Marker

Model 7800 Double Air Impact Marker, 1" Stroke was designed with a built-in stamp retainer in the rod end. Its compact size permits mounting and marking in areas of limited space. Recommended operating air pressure is 20-80 PSI. Use 1/4" ID Minimum air hose and 1/4" 4-way air valve. Maximum 1,500 pounds marking pressure at 80 psi. Equipped with ARGON'S Exclusive NON-ROTATING Rod that maintains the stamp character orientation and does not require additional length to be built into the marker. |

Model 7800 Double Air Impact Marker, 2" Stroke equipped with a KEYED NON-ROTATING ROD to maintain character orientation. Photos display our marker with optional non-lube, non-corrosive coating for additional protection from its environment. Recommended operating air pressure is 20-80 PSI. Use 1/4" ID Minimum air hose and 1/4" 4-way air valve. Maximum 2,200 pounds marking pressure at 80 psi. |

8800 Single Acting Air Impact Marker

ARGON'S Model 8800 Single Acting 3 Ton Air Impact Marker was designed with a built-in stamp retainer in the rod end. The efficient / dependable marker is ideal for shift, plant, and ID codes as well as other applications. The marker has a keyed non-rotating shaft in insure proper location of mark. Recommended operating air pressure is 20-90 PSI. 3/8" ID minimum air hose should be used. When used in an automatic operation, we suggest a 3/8", 3-way or 4-way solenoid air valve. Piston rod has spring return. |

ARGON's 9800 Single Acting 8 Ton Model Air Impact Marking Machine has the same features and operates the same as our 8800 model, However, this unit delivers up to 8 Ton impact. Two rod styles are also available. These efficient/dependable markers are ideal for shift, plant, and ID codes as well as other applications. Units have keyed non-rotating shafts to insure consistent location of mark. Recommended operating air pressure is 20-100 PSI. 1/2" ID minimum air hose should be used. We suggest a 1/2", 3-way or 4-way air valve. Piston rod has spring return. |

28800 Double Acting Air Impact Marker

Available in two standard rod styles with built-in stamp holders. All rods are keyed non-rotating to insure a consistent location of mark. The marker is capable of delivering a mark throughout it's 2-1/2"stroke range. The marker develops its maximum impact blow of 3 tons at 80psi and 2-1/4" stroke. Options include reverse angle or sub plate mounts, 2-1/2", 4" and 6" stroke lengths, rod ends to hold three and four 1/8" character steel stamps, position sensors for automated applications, and non-lube coating for dry air systems and extreme working environments. Use proper back up for parts being marked. Removing mounting plates after purchase voids warranty. |
